If your purchase doesn't quite hit the spot, you can return or exchange it, provided it's in new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 working days from the original shipment date. Please note, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and any initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take some time to process the refund.

Domestic Returns

If you're in Australia, starting an online return is easy! Just head to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. Domestic returns will incur a $8.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
